A parent product company,
organised around problems.
Seeded Health Ltd builds technology, products and human systems across industries by design. The organising principle is not a sector — it is whether the problem is worth solving.

The same three-step logic applies to every venture in the portfolio, regardless of industry.
Identify the problem
The sector is never the starting point. A problem earns attention when it is real, consequential, and badly served by what already exists. Industry comes after, not before.
Build the right product
The right product is the one the problem actually requires — not the one that fits an existing template. That means technology, human systems, frameworks, or physical products, as the problem demands.
Hold a consistent standard
No claim without evidence. No automation that removes human accountability. No product that mistakes activity for outcome. The same principle applies across every venture in the portfolio.
Seeded Health was built on a simple instinct: the problems worth solving rarely stay inside one industry. So neither do we.
The portfolio exists because real problems kept appearing in different places — on construction sites, in post-production studios, in families under strain, in transition, at the shelf. Each one met the same test. If the problem is real and the existing solutions are inadequate, we build.
